3 night minimum stay. Reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. All reservations are subject to 8% Montana state tax plus a $250 cleaning fee. A fully refundable $500 damage deposit is also required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
$50 charge on all cancellations. Cancellations are refunded at 100% if cancelling greater than 60 days prior to arrival; 75% if 30-60 days prior to arrival; 50% if 7-30 days prior to arrival; 25% if 48 hrs-7 days prior; 0% if less than 48 hrs. Cleaning fee and damage deposit are always refunded 100% for cancellations.
